  6. This card is good for up to 3 prescription fills within 6 months of activation for SOLODYN Tablets (55 mg, 65 mg, 80 mg, 105 mg, and 115 mg tablets only) and ZIANA Gel (60 g tube only). This card is good for one prescription fill for LOPROX Shampoo and VANOS Cream (120 g tube only) within six months of activation.
