The Medicis MediSAVE Program card provides savings on one 120-gram VANOS Cream prescription. (See Eligibility Criteria for MediSAVE card.)

How to use the MediSAVE card:
  1. Before visiting the pharmacy, you must activate your card:
    Call 888-796-3320 (888-Rx-Med 20) or visit www.activatethecard.com/MediSAVE.

  2. At the pharmacy, present your insurance card first and have pharmacist process as "primary insurance."

  3. Hand the pharmacist your MediSAVE card to process as a "secondary adjudication."

  4. If you are quoted a co-pay that is more than $20 for your 120 g tube of VANOS Cream (including prior authorization), call 888-796-3320 (888-Rx-Med 20) for assistance before contacting your physician.

  5. Your card is good for savings on 1 prescription fill of VANOS Cream (120g tube only) within 6 months of activation or until the program expires (whichever comes first). See Eligibility Criteria for MediSAVE card.

  6. If you have questions about the product prescribed to you, please talk to your healthcare professional.
